Northville Mi project staircase work

Continuing on with my trim project, Im moving to the stairchoice. The wall of the stairchoice is bare now, and the owner wants me to install a chair rail, and shadowbox trim underneath.
Im starting with the chair rail. The first thing to do is establish a line for the trim to follow. This line will be the same height and slope as the handrail. Once laid out, I can mount the chair rail.
Ive also managed to mount the top and bottom shadowbox. Ill be cutting the angled middle shadowbox trims in my shop over the weekend, and installing them next week.
